Is it worth it to go to a University with a majestic scenery?
For instance, Pepperdine University is a privet school located adjacent to the Pacific ocean; University of Nevada, Las Vegas, located in a city full of sex, gambling, and alcoholism. However, an annually average cost to study at Pepperdine is around ,000 as opposed to UNLV, ,000. Is it worth the price to be 0,000 in debt just to get an education next to an august ocean?

To me, it's not worth it. What I care about is cost, quality of education, reputation, proximity, and outstanding professors. A good looking campus is just a bonus. Why pay more just for aesthetics?
